A 35-year veteran of both the meeting and hospitality industries, Jodi has distinguished herself as a leader known for her talent, tenacity and track record of exceeding her clients’ expectations. An award-winning member of the Association of Meeting Professionals (AMPS), the Professional Convention Management Association Capital Chapter (PCMA), the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (GWSAE), and Meeting Industry Ladies Organization, she is the recipient of the AMP’s coveted and rarely bestowed Dick Noble Award for achievement and leadership.
Jodi spent 15 years working for Hilton and Hyatt, where she rose through the ranks to serve as Director of National Accounts. Over the period, Jodi closely and extensively collaborated with national associations, specifically on covering their meeting and convention needs. A 6-year stint as an Eastern US-based consultant for LA Inc, the Convention and Visitors Bureau gave Jodi the opportunity to further broaden her perspective and knowledge base in the meeting and convention planning industry. In 2006, seeing both a need and opportunity to provide associations with “boutique” customized registration and housing services at reasonable rates, Jodi created JJL Solutions LLC. In late 2008, after working with programmers to develop a state-of-the-art online registration and management system, Jodi launched CompleteReg. A graduate of George Mason University, Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in Marketing.
