Mackenzie is our newest CompleteREG team member and brings 20 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, and client-focused support. Before joining CompleteREG, she built her career at the University of South Carolina, where she led major recruitment events, managed international academic programs, and implemented process improvements that enhanced both team operations and client experience. Mackenzie brings a blend of strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution to every project.
Known for her calm efficiency, collaborative mindset, and attention to detail, Mackenzie supports CompleteREG’s client events through registration management, website QA, and vendor coordination. She’s passionate about creating seamless experiences that let clients focus on their goals while the details are handled with care.
Mackenzie holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina and dual undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and History from the College of Charleston.
